2. Service Description

WebhookDrop provides a webhook testing, inspection, and management platform that allows users to:

• Receive and inspect webhook payloads from third-party services
• Store webhook data for specified retention periods based on subscription tier
• Replay and analyze webhook requests
• Test webhook integrations during development

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Email verification is required before accessing the Service
• One account per user; no account sharing

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Annual subscriptions provide a 20% discount compared to monthly billing
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors

4.3 Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase only
• No refunds for violations of these Terms resulting in account termination
• Prorated refunds are not available for downgrades or cancellations

4.4 AppSumo Integration

• AppSumo lifetime deal codes provide permanent access to specific tiers
• AppSumo codes can be stacked up to 3 times for higher tiers
• AppSumo purchases are governed by AppSumo's refund policy, not ours
• Lifetime access is subject to continued compliance with these Terms

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

5.1 Quota Limits

• Each plan has specific monthly webhook limits and payload size restrictions
• Exceeding your plan's limits may result in webhook rejection or throttling
• We will notify you when approaching or exceeding your quota
• Consistent overage may require plan upgrade

5.2 Fair Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service excessively
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code through webhooks
• Use the Service to store or distribute illegal content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without explicit written permission

6. Data Retention and Deletion

6.1 Retention Periods

• Webhook data is retained according to your subscription plan (7, 90, 180, or 365 days)
• Data older than your retention period is automatically deleted
• Manual deletion of webhooks is available at any time
• Account deletion results in immediate removal of all associated data

6.2 Data Ownership

• You retain all rights to the data you submit through webhooks
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your webhook data
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups if needed

7. Privacy and Data Security

7.1 Data Protection

• All webhook payloads are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption
• Data is stored in secure, EU-based cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2)
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

7.2 Data Breaches

• We will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering a data breach
• Notification will include nature of breach, affected data, and remediation steps
• We maintain incident response procedures to minimize breach impact

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by WebhookDrop. Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements are protected intellectual property. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without compensation.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We will provide 30 days notice for material changes affecting paid plans

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of webhook data storage

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption
• These limitations apply even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebhookDrop, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or content you submit through webhooks.

13. Third-Party Services

• The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and services
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies
• AppSumo lifetime deals are subject to AppSumo's terms and refund policies

14. Termination

By You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle
• You may delete your account at any time; all data will be permanently removed

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• Your account is used for illegal activities
• You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Your payment method fails repeatedly

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court matters (under $10,000), intellectual property disputes, or claims for injunctive relief.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
